What data we process

The data you provide in the contact form: name, company, email, phone and the message you write. Also the IP address it is sent from, to prevent abuse.

What we use it for

To answer your request, prepare demos and quotes and, if you become a customer, provide the contracted service.

Legal basis

Your consent when sending the form and, where applicable, the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. If you don't become a customer, it is deleted within two years at most.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. It is hosted on servers located in the European Union.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability by writing to the email address above. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Artificial intelligence assistant

If you use Vera, the website's assistant, your questions are sent to Google (Gemini) as data processor to generate the answer; we don't use them for anything else. We store usage anonymously (date, encoded IP and consumption) to prevent abuse, and your acceptance of the prior notices. Answers to one-off questions may be stored, without personal data, to answer faster next time.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only creates a technical cookie when you accept the assistant's notices, so they aren't requested again during your visit, and loads Google Fonts typefaces to display the text.
