AI for law firms
Artificial intelligence for law firms and court procurators
Lex Total carries the AI inside the case file: it reads notifications, counts deadlines, drafts briefs and checks up-to-date legislation.
A firm’s time goes on reading, calculating and drafting. With the AI inside the management software, every notification is read and logged in its case file on its own, every deadline is calculated and every brief starts with a draft built from the case data.
Notification reading
Extracts the court, the proceedings, the deadline and what is being asked, and files it in its case.
Procedural deadlines
Calculated with working days and with alerts before they expire.
Draft briefs
Built from the case data and your templates, so all you have to do is review.
Up-to-date legislation
Checks the current rule in the BOE and gives you the article.
Document summaries
Long claims, contracts or judgments summarised down to the essentials.
Confidentiality
Each firm sees only its own data, with permissions per user and a data protection agreement.
Examples
This is how you would ask
«Summarise this judgment and tell me how long I have to appeal.»
«Which notifications came in today and in which cases?»
«Draft me a statement of submissions using the case data.»
Frequently asked questions
Do the briefs come out ready to file?
They come out as drafts. The lawyer reviews them, adjusts them to their own judgement and signs them: the AI saves the groundwork, not the review.
Is it also useful for court procurators?
Yes. Lex Total connects the lawyer with the procurator, and notification reading and deadline control serve both.
Where are the case files stored?
In the firm’s software, with per-user access and two-factor authentication. We sign a data processing agreement with every client.
Can I also use Neo Asesorías?
Yes. Lex Total and Neo can be combined: the case file in Lex Total and Neo at each workstation for queries, Excel and everyday documents.
